 The Youth at First Southern strive to live our lives in a way that glorifies our Lord, Jesus Christ. We achieve this through:Small Groups- our group currently meets at 9:00am to 10:00am on Sunday morning at F.S.B.C. Lancaster. Fellowships- we try to get together at least once a month, either in someone's home or for a "fun" outing. Worship- our group is composed of Jr. High and High School students from 3 congregations, and although we don't worship in the same room, we all worship the same Living God. Daily- Matthew 5:14-16 says, "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp, and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven." (NIV) |
